Business Services Division Staff    Accounting Department Staff    Maintenance, Operations & Transportation Department Staff    Attendance Department Staff    Purchasing Department Staff   
 
The Business Services Division oversees the financial and business matters of the ROP. In addition, the Division also has responsibility for some of the non-instructional related operations that are essential to the smooth operation of the ROP. The Division is headed by the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services. The Division includes the Accounting, Attendance, Maintenance/Operations/Transportation and Purchasing departments and also administers the following areas:
  • ROP General Fund Budget
  • Warehousing
  • Payroll
  • Attendance Accounting
  • Information Technology
  • Contracts/Contracted Services
