La Puente Valley Regional Occupational Program, (LPVROP) was established in 1970-71 and is operating pursuant to a joint powers agreement between Bassett Unified School District, Hacienda La Puente Unified School District, and Rowland Unified School District. The Program is designed to serve the career technical educational needs of youth by partnering with school districts and business and industry partners.  La Puente Valley ROP provides approximately 350 career technical education classes for 12,000 high school students annually.  Teachers are credentialed by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing and the program is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).
