To continue to improve communication among all stakeholders maintaining strong working relationships with members of the LPVROP Governing Board and the districts served by the ROP	To increase business and work-based learning opportunities for students	To support employee motivation through effective policies and procedures and appropriate support and training
To improve marketing efforts for LPVROP	To assist schools with delivery of quality CTE Programs	To provide leadership and resources to support the development of the Linked Learning approach at the high schools, including the integration of core academics and career technical education for the 21st century workforce
