The continuing education of our instructors and clerical staff is vital to the success of our students. Professional development helps instructors stay up to date with the necessary knowledge and skills in their area of education and such areas as teaching techniques, classroom management and technology. Professional development helps classified staff develop professionally by gaining knowledge and skills in their area of work.
Professional development may involve any or all of the following:
- Classes
- College coursework
- Workshops
- Conferences
